Nothing is different here and with the beats v2 like I said is the battery life you are paying 80 dollars more just for 6 more hrs of battery life. It's a gimmick on how they tell you all this BS about quickly connecting that's iOS 10 doing the work not the headphones these will Work same way. Beats just trying to BS people into spending more money for 6 more hrs buy a small power battery for 15bucks and you will get more than 6hrs from your v2 wireless. You can recharge the v2 about 3 time fully and they charge pretty fast. These are a waste of money and not with 199 USD wait for the price to drop.

No strings....the cord is the string. The cord is the string that gets wet with sweat, and starts sticking to your neck. Once that happens, the secure fit earloops don't really secure anything because the friction from the sweat will pull the plastic string, which is attached to the secure fit earloops, and they will come out your ear. I still have version 2, but haven't used them in months.

I have V2 which is practically identical and many other headphones wired and wireless. I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. These are the only ones I have that don't fall out of my ears in heavy workout of weights and cardio. Make sure the cord is not twisted and route cord behind your head.

Or the AirPods (that are so-called garbage that I haven't lost since I bought them launch day) that are just as good.

I have tried the 2nd edition and they are great, however, there are some flaws in the product that I hope they get them fixed in this one... the middle piece that you use to tighten the cables can be easily taken off, lost mine in the first week.. also, the EarPods itself are very fragile, mine get broken in the first month due only to the pressure of placing them in their own case

These are the same as v2 only longer battery life. Same 5min charge for 1hr play back. You get a extra 6hrs of battery life for 80.00 dollars. I'll wait for Apple ear pods.

The ear pods are a joke there is nothing to hold them in place, they will fall just by shaking your head.

Yes, I have tried them personally. I was at the Apple event as part of covering it for my Tech Mag(Sorry I cannot disclose the publication name and my real name). They did good initially with the fit. Pretty much like the regular earpods. Few jerky and fast movements and they would come right off. And I am only talking regular human movements and not activities like running or similar physical activities.
