Some iPhone X users are reporting a green line that runs from the top to the bottom of their displays. Numerous customers have complained about the problem on Twitter, Apple Support Communities, and MacRumor's forums.
"So I was playing with my new phone and all of a sudden, this happened," said one MacRumors forum member with the alias tmiles81. "It's a really bright line going down the entire right side of the phone."
The issue doesn't resolve itself with a reboot or restore; however, the line can apparently move to a different area of the screen. It wasn't present at the time of unboxing and has affected users with different model devices.

This exact issue happens all the time on a wide range of phones with AMOLED screens. Just one of the side effects of having the latest AMOLED technology. Thin, curved etc...

This is what I'm talking about!!! I chose right waiting some months until Apple gets its act together, and sorts out all problems with the iPhone X... Wise thing to do for a radically redesigned iPhone with many more potential defective parts, might as well let the current one pass by until the iPhone XXX/X-2/Xs/XxX comes out :P

Well that's exactly what I was doing all those years, I got Classic in Sept, then 4 in Dec and 6 in January. If it were a geometrical progression I might come full circle and buy in Sept again, an XS lol. But most likely I'll get mine in Jan-Feb. what's wrong with that?

Apple should come out and explain why. I’m very sure they knew about this issue long ago.
