The company doesn't list any new features for the release of watchOS 4.3.1 beta 2; however, it is warning users when launching an older app that will no longer be supported by a future version of watchOS. This likely refers to the launch of watchOS 5.

It has been after the materials were already processed to make cleansed materials to make the watch since 2015. It's called making the best even better. It's that good.
