Twelve South has announced the release of a new 'AirFly' Bluetooth transmitter designed to work with Apple's AirPods and other wireless headphones.
Wish you could listen to in-flight movies with your AirPods? Now you can, thanks to AirFly, a tiny bluetooth device that connects AirPods (or any other wireless headphones) to entertainment systems on planes, in fitness centers and anywhere else wired headphones are needed. Just plug AirFly into the headphone jack on an airplane seat or treadmill at the gym to listen movies or shows with your AirPods. It’s that easy. AirFly stays charged for eight hours and includes a USB charging cable and travel pouch.
Features: • Allows wireless headphones to connect to wired headphone jacks • Use to pair AirPods with airline in-flight entertainment systems • Listen to your health club’s TVs with your wireless sport headphones • Built-in battery lasts up to 8 hours & recharges via USB
You can purchase AirFly from the link below for $39.99.

There’s a lot of competition for a product like this add 15 $ to $20. I would not spend $40 on this junk

Lol I only use Bluetooth to play Halo SPV3 in my MacBook and PC. I'd like to keep hearing for years to come.

This wil work with ps4 or Xbox one controller. More elegant to connect to audio out at back of console and then connect to AirPods. U will need a small mix dinglle to plug into controller. As AirPod Nic won’t work with this setup.
