iMac Shipments Delayed, Apple Apologizes

Shipping times have slipped to two weeks for the new 27" iMac amid reports of widespread screen flickering problems.

"The new iMac has been a huge hit and we are working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible," said company spokesperson. "We apologize for any inconvenience or delay in delivery this may cause our customers."


It's unclear whether the delay is due to the reported screen issues.
