Google's Android Market has just reached 20,000 applications in size and continues to grow at a rapid pace.

I guess subtle humor and sarcasm is lost on you, so I'll explain the joke: iPhone haters always nay-say the number of apps (whatever the number currently is) that the iPhone App Store advertises as having as meaningless because of the large number of fart apps and tip calculators. Fair enough to challenge the haters by turning the question back around on their precious Android world, isn't it? Since fart apps are popular because of their appeal to the lowest common denominator and, like tip calculators, are easy to write, it's safe to assume that their are multiple offerings in both categories in whatever app store you're visiting.
