Apple has seeded watchOS 5.1 beta and tvOS 12.1 beta to developers for testing. The build numbers are 16R5559d and 16J5575c, respectively.
The new builds likely contain bug fixes and improvements to watchOS 5.0 and tvOS 12.0 which were just released yesterday.
