Apple has sent out shipment notifications for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4.
Pre-orders for new devices went live last Friday, September 14th and early pre-orders are scheduled to deliver tomorrow September 21st.
If you still haven't received your shipping notification, you can try using this trick to find your UPS tracking number.

Mines sitting in Kentucky and I’m in chicago area. I’ve been tracking since Monday. It sat in anchorage for a couple days. We shall see

Mines sitting in Kentucky. I live in the Chicagoland area. I’ve been tracking mine since Monday. I did notice it was sitting in anchorage both Tuesday and Wednesday
