Arlo to Launch Real Video Doorbell [Image]

Arlo is set to launch a real video doorbell that will complement its lineup of wireless home security cameras. The video doorbell was quietly announced two weeks ago in ISC WEST 2019 press releases from both Arlo and I-View Now.

Arlo’s future lineup will be expanding to include a new video doorbell with 2MP Full HD video quality, wide field-of-view and crystal-clear two-way audio, all-in-one unit for those that prefer a unified video and audio smart entry solution. For added ease and versatility, the new video doorbell can connect to existing digital and mechanical door chimes. Wave Electronics will be one of Arlo’s first distributors to bring Arlo’s portfolio of smart home solutions into the security dealer market.

I-View Now's release contains a picture of the video doorbell but no other details are provided. Arlo's current lineup includes a security light, a Arlo Ultra 4K wire-free camera, an Arlo Go mobile LTE wire-free camera, and an Arlo Audio Doorbell.
