Apple TV+ Offers Highest 4K Streaming Quality [Report]

The Apple TV+ streaming service offers the highest quality 4K video stream, according to a new report from flatpanelshd.

Apple TV+ has the highest streaming quality we’ve seen for 4K so far. It's higher than most iTunes movies.


The service uses a variable bitrate stream with quite a wide span so the quality you receive will depend on your device and Internet connection.

SEE had the highest bitrate measured so far at 29Mb/s average video bitrate and 41Mb/s peak. The Elephant Queen averaged around 26Mb/s for video and the Snoopy in Space cartoon averaged an impressive 13.66Mb/s.
