Ikea FYRTUR Smart Blinds Finally Get HomeKit Support

Ikea has finally begun rolling out HomeKit support for its FYRTUR Smart Blinds in the United States.

To enable HomeKit support you'll need to upgrade your TRÅDFRI gateway. The new firmware update is version 1.10.28.

Once you've updated your gateway, your blinds will appear in the Apple Home app. After setting them up, the blinds can be raised and lowered using the Home app and via Siri.

The blinds start at $129 for a 23" wide version and go up to $179 for the 48" wide version. Unfortunately, the blinds are not currently offered in wider sizes.

You can learn more about the FYRTUR blackout roller blind at the link below!
