Apple has seeded watchOS 6.1.2 beta 3 and tvOS 13.3.1 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build numbers are 17S5796a and 17K5795a, respectively.
We've yet to spot any significant updates in the new betas but as usual there will be bug fixes and improvements.
