Apple has seeded tvOS 13.4 beta 4 to developers for testing. The build number is 17L5251a.
There are no release notes for this software update but tvOS 13.4 likely includes minor bug fixes and improvements. Previous changes include updates to the TV app interface and access to content purchased by family members via Family Sharing. We'll let you know if we spot any new features.
