The new MobiOne Visual Designer promises to get your app looking great without needing any skills other than your imagination.
Aimed at marketers and art departments the application lets you create visual templates for your iPhone application.
Once your app is visualized in the iPhone emulator you can hand off the project to your development teams for implementation.
MobiOne is free and can be download here. Currently it is only available for Windows.
