Apple has seeded watchOS 7.2 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 18S5561a.
The previous betas included a new Cardio Fitness Notification feature:
"Apple Watch can access your cardio fitness, a strong indicator of overall health. To enable estimates outside of a workout, turn on Wrist Detection."
In the release notes for the second and third beta, Apple says "You might encounter references to Fitness+ in watchOS 7.2 beta 3; however, this feature isn’t currently available. (71379313)"
