Apple has seeded watchOS 7.3 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 18S5793d.
There are no new release notes for this beta software update.
watchOS 7.3 has a new 'Time to Walk' setting; however, the feature is not yet functional.
"Time to Walk Workouts are downloaded when Apple Watch is connected to power and near your Phone. Completed workouts are deleted automatically."
