Digg Founder Claims 3G iPhone to Have Video Chat ?

Digg founder Kevin Rose is claiming that several different sources have indicated that the new 3G iPhone will feature two cameras and support video chat and instant messaging.

He suggests that the reason Apple has not allowed programs to run resident in memory is because they are developing iChat (instant messaging) for the iPhone and don't want a competitor.

Hogwash. While iChat is probably on the horizon, the fact that Apps can't stay resident in memory after exiting is strictly a 'safety' feature to protect the phone from poor developers and getting bogged down on its limited memory for all the other functions... Great that you're interested Kevin, but I'd stick to technical expertise on G4.... Stay in your swim lane m8.
