Digg founder Kevin Rose is claiming that several different sources have indicated that the new 3G iPhone will feature two cameras and support video chat and instant messaging.
He suggests that the reason Apple has not allowed programs to run resident in memory is because they are developing iChat (instant messaging) for the iPhone and don't want a competitor.
