Apple has seeded tvOS 15.4 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 19L5425e.
There are no new release notes for this beta software update.
Resolved in tvOS 15.4 Beta 2 Fixed: Screensaver on the tvOS Simulator causes a spike in CPU. (87631222)
The previous beta of tvOS 15.4 brought the ability to connect to captive Wi-Fi networks and made it possible to access the 'Up Next' queue from the video player.
