iOS 15.4 Beta 4 Introduces New American Siri Voice

Apple's fourth beta of iOS 15.4 introduces a fifth American Siri voice.
You can find the new voice by navigating to Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Voice.
The last time Apple introduced new Siri Voices was in iOS 14.5 when they added two voices and stopped defaulting to a female voice.
