ESPN+ Gets Updated With Apple SharePlay Support

The ESPN+ app has been updated with Apple SharePlay support, allowing users to stream live sports with friends and family on FaceTime.

Watch thousands of live events and shows from the ESPN networks plus get scores, on-demand news, highlights, and expert analysis. Subscribe to the ESPN+ streaming service for live sports, exclusive originals, premium articles, fantasy tools, and more.

What's New In This Version:

● Stream together with SharePlay - With SharePlay, you can stream select live sports, ESPN+ Originals, and more with friends and family on FaceTime. Try it out on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV (accessible on latest iOS, iPadOS, or tvOS 15.1 update).


● Bug fixes and optimizations.

SharePlay requires iOS 15.1 or higher. To use the feature, start a FaceTime call then go to the Home Screen and open an app with SharePlay support. Select the stream you'd like to watch, then tap the Play button. You'll now have the option to select Play for Everyone to begin watching with others on the call.
