Apple has released iOS 15.6 beta 2 and iPadOS 15.6 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 19G5037d.
iOS 15.6 contains bug fixes and improvements but no new features have been discovered yet.
Xcode - Known Issues
Xcode 13.4 is unable to prepare iOS 15.6 beta devices for development. (93452791)
Workaround: Use Xcode 13.3.1.
