Apple Seeds First Public Beta of watchOS 9 [Download]

Apple has seeded the first public beta of watchOS 9 to users for testing. This follows the release of the third developer beta last week.

The watchOS 9 update features more customizable watch faces, an enhanced Workout app, sleep stages, an AFib History feature, and an all-new Medications app, and more. Check what's new in watchOS 9 here.
