The AirPower charging mat was supposed to provide users with the ability to wirelessly charge three Apple devices simultaneously. After being announced in 2017, Apple officially cancelled the product in 2019 without ever releasing it.


Years later, a prototype device rescued from a Chinese e-waste recycler now provides us much more detailed look at the cancelled charging mat.

The Apple AirPower was announced in 2017 & cancelled in 2019- and today, we're looking at an actual 22-coil prototype unit more in-depth than anyone ever has before, from the hardware to even developer commands!
