The online Apple Store suffered major issues this morning as customers rushed to pre-order their new iPhone 14. Full functionality has yet to be restored, hours after pre-orders went live.
In addition, Apple Online order support is experiencing extremely high volumes with customers unable to speak to specialists for assistance.
Ship times for the iPhone 14 Pro have slipped to 3-4 weeks for most configurations with only some Gold and Purple models available on September 16th.
For the iPhone 14 Pro Max, we're see all models, colors, and capacities showing a 3-4 week ship time. Hopefully, some estimated delivery dates will move up after the dust settles.
As expected, the iPhone 14 appears less popular than the Pro with deliveries still possible on September 16th.
