Apple has released watchOS 9.0.1 for the Apple Watch Ultra ahead of its release on September 23, 2022. The build number is 20R8380.
It's likely this release contains bug fixes and improvements.
You can update the software on your Apple Watch using the Watch app on your iPhone. Navigate to General > Software Update to check for available updates.
