Who cares about this right now/////4.0 won;t be out until mid summer.....can't they focus on 3.1.2 or 3.1.3??? I don;t get it!!!

Maybe the Dev team nor anyone else is aware that 4.0 is just a beta right now and can be changed very easily to break a jailbreak without having to issue a update.

It's beta? Who'd have guessed? Did you read the article Jay?

I don't know jay, but I have this wierd feeling the dev might be aware of that. Maybe. Lol

The word "beta" appears atleast 10x.

also the jailbreak uses an exploit tha has been used by the dev team since 2.XX firmware onwards and apple havent fixed it also states above that apple is not aware of the exploit to even fix it, so whether 4.0 is beta or not is irelevant
