Apple Releases Third Public Betas of iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS Ventura 13.3, More [Download]

Apple has released the third public betas of iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS Ventura 13.3, watchOS 9.4, tvOS 16.4, and HomePod 16.4 to public testers.
These updates were first seeded to developers yesterday and contain minor updates to the first and second beta which brought numerous changes and improvements including Web Push, new emoji, 5G enhancements, and much more. Check out those changes here:

You can try out the betas by signing up for the Apple Beta Software Program.

Note that with iOS 16.4, Apple is moving away from beta profiles and has added a new section in Settings > General > Software Update where you can enable developer or public betas. As of developer beta 3, you can now specify an Apple ID for beta access.
