Apple Releases Second Public Beta of macOS Sonoma 14, New Developer Beta 4 Build [Download]

Apple has released a second public beta of macOS Sonoma 14, as well as, a new build of macOS Sonoma 14 beta 4 for developers.

macOS beta gives you an early preview of upcoming apps, features, and technologies. Please back up your Mac, and install on a secondary system or volume you are prepared to erase if necessary.

Apple notes Xcode 15 beta is required to build apps on Macs running macOS 14 beta. To build apps using Xcode 14, you can create a separate volume and run macOS 13 on your Mac.


Developers with an Apple Silicon Mac can download the macOS 14 restore image from the link below. Non-developers can try out the public beta by signing up for the Apple Beta Software Program.
