Apple Releases macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 [Download]

Apple has released macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 for all Mac users. This follows the release of macOS Sonoma 14.2 last week.

macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 - Restart Required
This update provides important bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users.

Notably, the update fixes a security flaw found by Craig Hockenberry where a user who shares their screen may unintentionally share the incorrect content. Apple says a session rendering issue was addressed with improved session tracking.
