Rogers has announced that their iPad data plans are even worse then initially thought.
This morning it was revealed that the company would offer 250MB for $15/month, 5GB for $35/month, and the ability to add your iPad to your iPhone data plan for $20/month.
Turns out the ability to add your iPad to share your already purchased iPhone data for an outrageous $20/month was a mistake and is being removed off Apple's site.
On top of this the company has also announced that the iPad "will not be available on the Fido brand at launch".
Rogers iPad pricing is $5 more and 1GB less than the 6GB for $30/month that many iPhone customers are on.
Agreed. I can't imagine why anyone would take on another monthly payment when they don't have too. And paying another $150 for the 3G model is idiotic when you can tether to your iPhone 3G(s). It's not likely you are going to be using both at the same time and you are only using bandwidth that you have rightfully paid for. Miwi is the best reason to jailbreak your iPhone.
