Microsoft is making it clear that Steve Ballmer won't be presenting at WWDC.
Trip Chowdhry, a Global Equities Research analyst, said yesterday that 7 minutes of the June 7th WWDC keynote has been blocked off for Microsoft to announce an iPhone compatible version of Visual Studio.
While technically Microsoft could still be part of the keynote without Ballmer, it seems unlikely.
