Standard SIM is the micro-sim in the iPhone 4? Does this mean I won't be able to use a normal SIM card in this phone? Or will these iPhones be released in Australia with normal SIM card slots? Some answers please. Thanks.

They will have microsim all over the world. The same as iPad. Here in Norway you can order MicroSim from the 2 biggest ttelecompanys. Or you can just cut your normal simcard in to a micro sim. It´s only less plastic on the microsim. See http://wp.appadvice.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/micro-sim1.jpg

I just hope people realize it's more than the hardware but the implementation that makes it a great phone (whatever 'it' may be for you).
example: 8MP camera vs 5MP camera isn't enough information. What makes a good camera is the lense not just the MP. I've notied the iphone always uses a good lense because I would never guess they currently only run at 3MP.

...price is good if you got a 2 years contract, 8 mega pixel camera is awesome! human can only see "300 pixels" so bad for humans! you need a micro sd memory no really good if you need big size you have to pay extra. i think iphone still doing good but is like the tv show we have to wait to the next chapter to get a good iphone, i mean a year to get something good tha maybe some other phones allready got!!

I was playing with the HTC Evo and the phone is huge, the screen is big! i like that! but for a phone to big! when you jump to a direfent screen or app the phone lag, is complicate to use you need a couple hours to figure where are the apps and how use, the "Market" clearly short comparate to App store, price is good

Clearly, the Evo is the best option.

Well once again we can see Apple making false claims about battery life.
Your lucky if you can get half the time they claim, i have never got the hours they state.
My itouch is supposed to play movies for 6 hours, 3 hours max against there claim of six.
And as for gaming, its a joke if you can manage an hour.

Yeah right, 7h talk time! I would love to call Steve Jobs and talk to him for 7 hours and see if his battery will last all this time!
