Apple has officially renewed its hit comedy "Shrinking" for a fourth season. Starring Emmy Award nominee Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, the series continues to secure its place on Apple TV under the creative direction of Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein, and Segel.
The renewal was announced just before "Shrinking" returned for its third season. The new season premiered with its first episode on Wednesday, January 28, and new episodes are now releasing weekly every Wednesday through April 8, 2026.
"Shrinking" centers on a grieving therapist who ignores his training and ethics to tell clients exactly what he thinks, resulting in tumultuous changes to their lives and his own. Alongside Segel and Ford, the series features returning cast members Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley.
Season three also introduces several new guest stars, including Jeff Daniels, Michael J. Fox, Candice Bergen, Sherry Cola, and Isabella Gomez. They join returning guest stars Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, and Cobie Smulders. Produced by Warner Bros. Television and Lawrence's Doozer Productions, the show has earned multiple Primetime Emmy Award nominations and a Critics Choice Award win for Urie.
