Apple has handed an early season three renewal to its hit drama "Your Friends & Neighbors" ahead of its return this spring. The company made the announcement alongside the release of the first teaser for the second season, which sees Jon Hamm return to his role as an unlikely suburban thief.
The second season is set to premiere globally on Friday, April 3, 2026. As previously announced, the 10-episode season will debut with the first episode, followed by weekly releases through June 5. The story picks up with Andrew Cooper doubling down on his life of crime, only to face a new threat when a neighbor moves in who could expose his secrets and put his family at risk. That new addition is played by Emmy Award nominee James Marsden.
Returning ensemble members include Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt, and Donovan Colan. The series is created by Jonathan Tropper, who serves as showrunner and executive producer. Hamm also executive produces alongside Connie Tavel, Craig Gillespie, Jamie Rosengard, Lori Keith Douglas, and Stephanie Laing.
The early renewal signals confidence in the series, which Apple notes has achieved a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It fits into a packed schedule for the platform, which was recently rebranded to simply Apple TV. Executives have previously committed to a strategy of delivering new original content nearly every week throughout 2026.
