I'm using an iPhone 4s with untethered jailbroken 5.1.1 firmware and I just want to know what the highest firmware I can upgrade and jailbreak to safely is. I'm fairly experienced with jailbreaking but I can't seem to find a definite answer anywhere online about this.

the only firmware you can upgrade to is IOS 7.0.4, because Aple has stopped signing other versions, but no jailbreak available for this version.
unles you have your shsh blobs saved for the 6.1.2 is the last version that have an unterthered JB via Evasion.
