Probably no GPS after 6.15 BaseBand downgrade

Hi,
When I bought my iPhone 3GS it was used and with iPad Baseband and iOS 5.0.1.
Yesterday I figured out, that I can downgrade from this BB and get my iPhone GPS funcionality back.
So I did it and get rid of 6.15, and get 5.13.04 instead of it.
Everything seemed OK, but in ''GPS Status'' app still shows ''Poor Fix'', even after hour of laying on window sill
I have already reinstalled Mobile Substrate and deleted location data folder through iFunBox. Still nothing get better.
What could be a problem?
