Apple has shared the first trailer for "Propeller One-Way Night Coach," a new Apple Original Film set during the golden age of aviation. Written, directed, narrated, and produced by John Travolta, the movie premieres globally on Apple TV on Friday, May 29, 2026, following its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
The film follows a young airplane enthusiast named Jeff, played by newcomer Clark Shotwell, as he and his mother (Kelly Eviston-Quinnett) embark on a one-way cross-country journey to Hollywood. What begins as a simple flight gradually becomes a formative adventure for the boy, unfolding through unexpected stopovers, larger-than-life passengers, airline meals, charming flight attendants, and a glimpse into the glamour of first class travel.
Ella Bleu Travolta and Olga Hoffmann appear as flight attendants. The film is produced through Travolta's JTP Films alongside Jason Berger and Amy Laslett of Kids at Play.
Apple continues to expand its 2026 film lineup with several high-profile releases on the way, including the Keanu Reeves dark comedy Outcome and Mayday, an action film starring Ryan Reynolds. Apple Original Films is also coming off an Academy Award win for Best Sound earlier this year with F1.
