I just hope app you true ifans don't forget how this situation has been treated right from the beginning.. And the initial reaction that was given to you.. All the run around.. And denial.. That eventually required a drop in stock prices to encourage a press conference. We shall see what is said and how they plan on remedying the phone. But the way they've handled the situation this far is nothing less than dispicable. Shame on Apple.

I just bought a case like I normally do. I accepted long ago that Apple has messed up management, I only use the iPhone 4 because it is the best phone available and I enjoy having the best. The only Apple products I'll use are the keyboards, Airport routers, and for now iPhones because I disagree with their OS and management philosophies too much to so grossly overpay for something.

I believe this is all because some guy found an iphone 4 at a bar 1-2 months before the release date causing apple to lose a lot of money, so they released it early without properly testing everything. HUGE MISTAKE. Jobs could have gave those billions of dollars he lost to charities including "The help Brian pay his bills" charity and "The help me get drunk too" charity

If jobs comes out and he does hold it wrong... Hope someone stands up and yells "your holding wrong!"

I hope they own up to the hardware issue though I won't be holding my breath. It's making me question my loyalty to apple. I have a new iphone 4, iPad and a 27" iMac. Both my daughters have an iPod touch. How they handle this situation may determine weather I buy apple products in the future. There is pretty compelling evidence linked to a hardware issue. A denial would be a slap in the face as far as in concerned.

this damn 4.1 firmware update is not going to fix the reception issue. i hope thats not what they plan on talking about. steve jobs needs to man up, recall the iphone 4's, then re-release a decent product, not some rushed, half-ass crap.
