It is likely he has recurrent disease, which means his prognosis is poor... Writing 6 weeks is just a publicity stunt, nobody can predict numbers like that... however if his cancer has metastasized to his transplanted liver, or other visceral organs, it would be true that his prognosis would be in the "months" range... It's too bad... doesn't matter if you're a billionaire, nothing is more precious than life...

They should be punished for writing "Apple Boss 6 Weeks To Live",because no one in the world can say one person's lifespan so correctly unless one intends to kill someone on a particular hate those magazine editors,they write it for cheap publicity and they should go to hell... Steve is gonna come back in good health,our prayers are always with him,a genius of this century....
