iPad 2 Ship Times Slip to 4-5 Weeks

iPad 2 ship times have slipped from the previous 2-3 week estimate to 4-5 weeks.

Although online availability is scarce some Apple Stores were rumored to be opening early with new stock today.


Apple has said the demand for the device is amazing but would not provide numbers.

"Demand for the next generation iPad 2 has been amazing," Apple spokesperson Trudy Muller, told The Loop. "We are working hard to get iPad 2 into the hands of every customer who wants one as quickly as possible."
