Apple will reportedly release an updated version of its Apple Store iOS application this weekend which will support ordering of custom build-to-order Macs. The current app only supports ordering stock configurations of every Mac device.
Customers are said to be able to customize the full range of processor, memory, hard drive, and other hardware options available for each model, as well as preinstalled software titles. In addition, customers will be able to select add-ons such as AppleCare and printers just as is currently possible through the full online Apple store portals.
The updated application is said to be part of an improved Apple Store 2.0 experience.

Yeah.. I've been trying now and then to get an answer from Apple as to why it's not available outside USA but no answers.. At least let us in Europe get it.. We're a pretty big Apple community here..
