Comex has updated JailbreakMe.com, again hinting that his rumored jailbreak for the iPad 2 may arrive soon.
This time the website features a list of git commits dating all the way back to August 2010, suggesting the hacker has been working on the jailbreak for nearly one year. The page says, "It's been far too long" in large letters and is entitled, "no, seriously".
Previously on the site comex displayed a teaser image that showed a ski slope and a sign with black diamond and PDF symbols. This was thought to be a reference to the PDF exploit Comex uncovered in iOS 4.0.

The red or the white pill? It's the Matrix all over where Apple is the Architect controlling our minds and all the so-called hackers are their clones. Geohot has decided not to take the pills, that's why he's with FB. When they come out with the JB then Apple will roll out iOS 5; that's where the effect of the pills kicks in and we all will queue up at the Apple Store for hours trying to buy this. Apple will use the law to suppress any company or country trying to stop these pills being distributed. Matrix - expect it when you are least expecting it. To be continued...

I am a big fan of jailbreaking but when you have to wait this long you lose interest! I bought an iPad 2 when it just came out and then saw news that hackers have managed to jailbreak iPad 2... I was like YES and then I waited and waited and waited and sold it just because I was bored with the stock iPad! I know you people are smart but if I was as smart as you, I wouldn't be selfish!

he already has a working jailbreak on his phone for a while, but he says he cant release it because it'll violate some copyright

He is paid by Apple NOT to release it. If you're a hacker you should not worry about copyright BS. This hacking team (Dev-Team) is sure to work for Apple and keep playing the cat and mouse game. Look at the facts. Geohot's tricks are still used for the last jailbreak. Haha
