Apple has just seeded the third beta of the 2.1 firmware. As usual, Apple is being secretive of what it changes. The 2.1 Firmware is expected to have Background Push Notifications, and directional GPS support.
The last Beta was seeded just a week and a half ago.

what does "seeding" mean here? give it to users to test or to developers?

I wish we could have some more functions on the iPhone. We have to remember its a PHONE not a laptop or so... but I beleive its not too much to ask for functions that OTHER PHONES have - so we can compare them
Wish list:
- SMS delivery report
- Copy Paste (blackberry, Nokia e61 etc etc)
- Full Bluetooth support/stack
- File Explorer (to receive/send/explore the memory)
- Add attachment to email (today if you want to send 5 photos youve taken - you need to send 5 emails)
I think these are easy fixes and also suitable

I just wish we could have a full bluetooth stack, or at least allow my to pair the phone with my TomTom for traffic data !
