Any idea when downgrade is possible from 05.16.00? I updated my 3gs using ipad base-band, gps gone, iphone now locked and nor updates nor restores...

i need help i accidentally change my iphone 3gs baseband on 05.16.02 then updated the version to 4.3.5 firmware.. i can't use other simcard and stuck on my carrier..and also when i turn it off it wont start i got stuck on apple logo..(untethered). can u help me to fix this problem.. please guys i need your help..
