Apple has released a new beta of iOS 6 to developers for testing. The update is currently available in the dev center, or via an OTA delta update.
The update has a build number of 10A5376e, and weighs in at 282mb for the 4S.
Along with the new beta, Apple rolled out Xcode 4.5 Developer Preview 4 for developers which is available in the dev center as well.

Apple is expected to release the final version of iOS 6 this fall, with the current rumored date around September 21.

After updating ios6 beta4 frequently blinking can't connect iTunes store

the facetime on cellular needs diffrent data plan, I can't activate it

apple hates google they kicking them off all they stuff in iOS 6 they have already kicked them off maps and now youtube search engine is next prob something messed up they could slick do is make an update for everything on ios 5 and 4 removing youtube and google maps on there as well
