It's not that they can't do it they choose not to which is poor customer service

And these are the videos the technicians watch for training. Apple employees are sometimes less knowledgeable about their own products, whether it be software or hardware. Many customers say Apple told them something on their device could not be repaired no matter what the issue was, or the only option was to pay exorbitant fees for something that didn't even need to be replaced to begin with.
