Think of Apple iPhone like a German or Japaneese engineered car. And Samsung like an American car. Like most American cars, is cheaper and has less quality features and the German cars are 10 years a head of them.
Now this was true during the 70's, the 80's and the 90's. Even today, if you ever sit inside a Corvette, you will notice it has the same interior as it had in the 90's with plastic everywhere, and cheap leather and also has the same interior as the Cavalier.
Guess what, the Cavalier was at one time the most sold vehicle for a couple of years straight but what people forget to remember. Was that it was a cheap car, it was cheap to insure, the car's resales value wasn't high and it was build with cheap materials therefor it broke more often. Not too mention it was terrible on gas. Gas was a lot cheaper back then!
In terms of smartphones, iPhone is the Mercedes as of comfort, speed and realibility and not to mention good looks.
HTC and Samsung are just cheap American cars just like a Corvette, fast maybe but cheap and definetly not sophisticate.
Nobody wants to buy a second hand android phone. Not unless your gonna use it with Linux, that would be like a project car!
I had to stop watching after few mns...Mr Cook, there is clearly a sense out there that Apple needs to do BETTER. You are not the coolest kid in yard right now, and hidding behind stats and figures, will not help. Please! come with some innovation at the June conference, or else it might be too late in September...
