A new accessibility option in iOS 7 lets you control your iPhone or iPad with head movements.

The option can be found in the Switches section of the Accessibility Settings menu. It lets you assign a left or right head movement to press the Home button, start Siri, open Notification Center, open the App Switcher, decrease volume, increase volume, or simply tap.
