Apple Shares Teaser for Early 2026 TV Lineup: 'Hijack', 'Shrinking', 'Monarch', More [Video]

Apple has shared a quick look at what is hitting its streaming service in the first part of 2026. The new reel cuts together footage from returning favorites like Hijack and Shrinking, while giving us a glimpse of some new projects coming down the pipeline.

Idris Elba is back in the center of the action for Hijack. As confirmed earlier, the second season lands January 14 and moves the drama from a plane to a train in Berlin. Just a couple of weeks later, Harrison Ford and Jason Segel return for the third season of Shrinking, which premieres January 28.


The teaser also shows that the Monsterverse is ramping back up with Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2. We also see clips for the second season of the Jennifer Garner thriller The Last Thing He Told Me and a fresh look at the upcoming series Eternity.

The packed schedule backs up what execs said recently about aiming for a new release almost every week next year. It is going to be a busy time for the platform, which Apple officially renamed to just "Apple TV" back in October.
