Apple has officially released visionOS 26.2 for the Apple Vision Pro, expanding where the headset can be used while traveling and adding new ways to create content. The update extends Travel Mode to more types of transportation and introduces support for hand-drawn input using spatial accessories.
Travel Mode, which previously supported airplanes and trains, now works in cars and buses as well. This allows passengers to use Vision Pro in additional moving environments while the system stabilizes visuals and maintains tracking.
The update also adds support for hand-drawn content with compatible spatial accessories, including Logitech Muse. Users can sketch or write directly in apps like Notes, Freeform, and other PencilKit-enabled apps, making it easier to combine physical input with spatial workflows.
Freeform picks up a notable improvement with support for tables, a feature also arriving on iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2. Tables can hold text, images, documents, and drawings, with cells that automatically resize to fit their contents, adding more structure to boards.
You can install the update by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your Vision Pro. Direct download links are also available below. ● Where to Download visionOS
